Endogenous Technical Learning in TIMES/VEDA

Hello,

TIMES/VEDA newbie here!

I am trying to incorporate ETL for the technologies in the TIMES model. I am compiling the "progress ratios" (learning rates) for each technology. I am also going through the Part II documentation from ETSAP which explains several variables on ETL.

I am confused as to how to incorporate those in VEDA spreadsheets. Has anyone done this before? How to include the progress ratios? What other variables need be used? Please help!

Could you please explain how I can define cluster for ETL in VEDA-FE? I cannot map the clustered technology to the key component.
