You can activate this TIMES reporting feature in VEDA-FE via choices on the bottom-right section of the control panel on Case manager.

Many thanks to you, AKanudia.
the file you offered answered my question above. that is to say, i could get levelized cost from "Var_NcapR". so, i immediatedly tried the process, however, the variable"Var_NcapR" could not shown in BE, how could find the variable? by the way, the version of BE i used is version4.8.85.
 thank you again!Smile

you need to activate the "Levelised Costs" feature on VEDA-FE control panel (Case Manager) before making the run. only then will you find it in VBE.

Sure.
step1:   before run the model, some sentences should be added in RUNFile_Tmpl shown in the case manager, the sentences is as follow,
$SET OBJ AUTO
$SET OBLONG YES
$SET MID_YEAR YES
$SET RPT_OPT NCAP.1 -1
(uploads/248/LevCost_Flags_VEDA-FE.png .  the picture uploaded shown the process.)
step2: actviate the levelized cost button in the control panel.
step3: run the model,
step4: run the BE, there is VAR_NcapR attribute with LEVCOST (UserConstrain) parameters.

But this is what VFE does when you activate the levelised cost feature. Can you post the LST file from the run that fails after you activate this feature?
