Hello, I want to set the CAP_BND(LO 1000GW) for the sum of capacity of ELCR*/ELCTNGAS00/ELCTEGAS00. and I described as "ELCR*,ELCTNGAS00,ELCTEGAS00". The result showed not the sum but each. comma-separated means "OR"? How to meaning "and"? I want to bound the sum of the capacity.
