My IP blocked from the Forum

I have tried to reach the Vedasupport Forum at support.kanors-emr.org a couple of times in the past days, but have got this message:

You are not authorized to view this page

The Web server you are attempting to reach has a list of IP addresses that are not allowed to access the Web site, and the IP address of your browsing computer is on this list.

So, it seems I have been blocked from the new VEDA Forum?   

P.S: I still managed to get to this old Forum at www.kanors.com/vedasupport/forum and post this.
