Dual solution

Hope this is a good place to post this.

I read in the TIMES document entitled "Interpreting the dual solution of TIMES" that there exist routines that allow to access easily dual equations of a TIMES model: a so-called matrix tool.

Is this anyhow available? Under VEDA? Or should I ask the authors of the document?

Dear Stephane,

I thinkt it is available for ETSAP members and that you can ask GianCarlo Tosato of ETSAP to get it.

I got it myself and at VITO, we changed some of the programming to make it work more easily. Don't hesitate to ask me if you have question regarding the PROs and CONs.
