Veda2.0 Released!

Dual "~" no longer works for the same dimension entry
#1
Hello,
I just updated Veda from version 3.1.1.0 to 3.2.1.0 and noticed that an attribute entry using dual "~" no longer works when you use the same dimension twice.
For example, INVCOST~2020~2021 works fine in Veda 3.1.1.0 and earlier (entries for both 2020 and 2021 appear correctly in Items Detail) but throws an error "The process is not defined for this region" in version 3.2.1.0 (entry for 2020 is ok, but for 2021 doesn't exist).
Is this a bug or expected behaviour after changes introduced in 3.2.1.0 with regard to "Priority resolution of dimensions for tag processing"?
I can't check version 4.0 because my licence is out of supported maintenance period.
