How to creat new processset

Hello everyone ! I want to know the capacity of cars in my model. So I want to creat a new processset like ELE. Capacity. But when I select Sets, It tells me selected files do not cantain any tags which can be read with veda. File reading will be skipped.

    I just want to analysis Transport sector, so mu model only contain commodity and process about transport.

I want to know if I miss some important things.

No, I use the newest version.I just update my version to 3.1.1.0 .
