Missing VEDALic.txt file

I am trying to get the full license but I have not found the VEDALic.txt file in my folders.

Make sure that:

• you follow the licensing instructions closely... the file will appear only after you request a license over the Internet
• you don't have multiple installations on your computer
• VEDA is installed outside the Program Files folder... C:\VEDA\ for example
