Error solving locally in VedaOnline

Hello all, 

I have come across an error when trying to solve my model on my local computer from VedaOnline following the instructions from the YouTube tutorial, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMY8hsCUjXI, but I have run into this problem as shown in the picture attached when I was trying to run the ‘SolveMyRun.bat file’ despite following all the steps on the video.

Am I missing a step? Do I need GAMS and CPLEX downloaded onto the device I use to solve the model via importing from VedaOnline?

Would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you!

Yes, GAMS software installation is required to solve the model(runs) locally.
