BIO consumption

Hello,

We want to build the model in such a way that it consumes the entire amount of specific energy resource for only the production of electricity. 

For example: we want the model to consume the entire amount of produced bioresources for the production of electricity (regardless of the price of bioresources). When we set the LO for LimType in the VT_REG1_PRI file for bioresources, the model produces the minimum amount of bioresources, but does not use them to generate electricity. 

How we can set limits for the minimum consumption volume of a particular resource in the input data?
