Bug when running scenarios

Dear all, 

I am facing some troubles when running my scenarios. Indeed, when I click on "solve", only the .dd files are generated and no console pop-up to show the evolution of the process. the "DD writing only" and "restart option" were not selected. I have then decided to select the restard option in order and to double-click on the .CMD file once generated: the problem persists and the console does not pop-up. I have also tried to paste the folder created by the restart option to another machine that has gams+cplex and to run the model by double-clicking on the .CMD file --> the problem persists. 

The log file of the application does not show any errors. 

I am under v234.1.1 and the only thing that has changed is that I now have an advanced license nistead of a strandard license. 


I am out of ideas here? has anyone faced such situation?

Thank you very much Amit and Ravinder for the quick reply. During the web meeting, Ravinder and I were not able to identify the source of the bug but I am able again to run my scenarios... Must be a problem related to the infrastructure of the machine I am runing my scenarios on. I will keep in touch if the same situation occurs again...
