If different techrep (one for each sector e.gWink uses the same commodity as input or out put of technologies, these commodities have to be declared in all (if they are not declared in BASE. It would be nice to have to declare it only once if this is possible

I understand your desire and have felt the same need sometimes. However, this would make things sensitive to the order in which they are imported. I have concluded that it is better to declare these commodities in BASE. Remember that you can always create a new Comm table in a B-Y sector if the existing ones are not consistent across regions (which makes it difficult to add/delete in them).

The next version will allow the regular Commodity table in SysSettings file. Any sheet, but one table in the entire file. Region column will be supported in this table, like in B-Y templates. The commodities declared here will be in the BASE scenario. Declarations in B-Y will overwrite those in SysSettings on a Region-Commodity basis.
