Parameter S_CHRG (Charging of Storage process): is it working in VEDA / TIMES now? Is it possible for him to learn more? I need to set the capacity of gas storage facilities.

Yes, it is supported by VEDA.

In general, to see the supported parameters and what indexes are required by each, see Advanced Functions - Attributes Master in VEDA FE.

Make sure you refer to the detailed TIMES documentation for full details of the parameter. Also, you might find Antti's posts under another storage thread on this forum useful.
