Hello, could you please tell me why do I have error here? Why in 2021 share_UP is zero and ACT_EFF is zero?

I kind of understand how to fix the problem here, but I have many facilities, which gives me the error over and over again the moment I try to put bounds on the flow (even if I do not put activity bound in 2021). So I would want to understand the real logic of the error message. I want to apply extrapolation rule on the shares in a way that the model takes the values of the shares as given in 2019 and 2021 and then in the future periods, I want the shares to be kept the same as in 2021. What happens in my case, with extrapolation rule 5 it forces the model to use the same shares as in 2019 in every period

I think Amit is right, your input data were just mutually inconsistent for 2021.
The "Model has been proven infeasible" error is from the solver, Cplex, which states the model is found to be infeasible. I could not see any VEDA issue. > Could you explain please why VEDA says share on other fuels are zero in 2021? I could not see anything like that. Cplex just reports that the equality constraints are inconsistent with the bounds. I am seeing the FLO_SHAR input share bounds being specified for the year 2019 only, with the extrapolation option 5. Therefore, TIMES extrapolates these share bounds for the future periods, as requested. Consequently, the shares are the same as in 2019 for all future periods, because no share values were given for any other year than 2019. But then you have ACT_BND and FLO_BND specified for 2021, such that the FLO_BND is inconsistent with your fixed share bounds.

Yes, I agree with that.
