Since I noticed from the Attribute Master that the timeslice for ACT_BND is ANNUAL, (r,datayear,p,s,bd).

Could I define the constraints for each timeslices (FD, FN...)?

No, it is not ANNUAL if you specify it. It will be ANNUAL only if you do NOT specify it.
What do you think the s index is for? It is for specifying the timeslice.
