Solving TIMES with Gurobi solver
#1
Hi,

It takes a very long time to solve our model using CPLEX. We did try different settings of CPLEX but we did not have any significant improvement. I found that TIMES is able to be solved using other solvers such as Gurobi. I would like to solve the model using Gurobi, but TIMES gives me license error. I use academic license of Gurobi which does not have any model size limitation. I am able to solve a big model in GAMS, but when I run TIMES using Gurobi it gives me license error. Is there any specific thing that I need to do in order to solve TIMES using Gurobi?

Thanks,
Saleh

the GAMSLICE file you are using may not have Gurobi authorized. you can email me [email protected] sending your GAMSLICE & the LST from the run & I'll take a look.
