Dear all,
From Advanced Functions-Attribute master, we can see that the limtype of NCAP_AFA is UP. I am wondering is there some approach to modeling the flexibility of AFA., for example, the AFA of coal power is flexible, such as from 0.2 to 0.7. Could you please help me?
Thank you very much.

No, in TIMES the bound type can be UP, LO or FX. The VEDA Attribute master only gives information of the VEDA default, i.e. what VEDA will be putting out as the bound type, if you for some reason do not specify it yourself.
Therefore, you can easily specify any range for the annual utilization factor, for example 0.3–0.7. But then you must, of course, also specify the bound type, at least for the lower bound.

Thanks a lot for correcting my misunderstanding of Attribute master. Now I know how to use AFA. Thank you again.
