I am trying to create a constraint that sets an upper bound on the commodity consumption by a subset of the residential sector technologies. I used the attached to set it up. When I run the model, though, it constrains the consumption of fuels on all residential technologies, ignoring the PSET_PN. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Is there another way to create this constraint?
