Mandate for renewable electricity

I recently started using VEDA to run TIMES. I’m trying to implement a mandate for renewable electricity which specifies that a certain percentage has to be either wind or solar. I was wondering if I could get help to implement it or if there is documentation that could help me. Thank you in advanced for your help.

You can check the TIMES documentation Part IV that is describing the DemoS step by step, in particular the Scen_BOUNDS-UC_WSETS in DemoS_012. But if you just started I encorauge you to go through all the DemoS.
