Besides file SubRES_SubRES_PER_Trans, s it possible to represent the specific region where a process from SubRES is allowed to enter the system?

the main SubRES file does not take any region reference. it is designed to be readily transferable across models. the AVA table (see sheet "TechSelection" in file SUBRES_B-NewTechs_Trans of the DEMO model) is meant to control the availability of processes in different regions.
