Error 462 The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable

Dear all,

"Error 462 The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable" occurs by synchronizing my model from Scratch B-NewTechs in my model. If I sychronize the Demo model, the error does not occur.

Please, do you know what could be the cause of this how to solve this issue?

Lukas, you have to send/post error log file from "VEDA\VEDA_FE\logs" folder.

Lukas, It seems VEDA have some issue with MS-Excel instances with your model.

Is that B-Newtech scenario is XLSX file? if yes then try again after installing the XLSX connection driver.

Thank you Vikrant, the file was XLS. I installed the XLSX connection driver and change the file to XLSX and it works fine now.
