Problems of Oil refinery

I found a problem of oil refinery. I defined oil refinery as "Getting started with TIMES" does. But however low the price I gave to the crude oil and oil refinery process, the gasoline and diesel from oil refinery process can not enter into the final portfolio. I'm wondering the potential problems of this phenomenon?

Continue. I found in the VEDA-BE that almost all the crude oil has been flowed to oil kerosen. While there seems a ridiculous unbalance between the oil refinery and kerotjete process, as shown in the figure. How can this happen?
