ELF Parameter for Demand?

Hi,

In TIAM model (at least, I don't know for others), I've come across a ELF parameter in demand declaration tables (e.g. in RES VT files). I've found some evidence of this parameter's existence in Markal documentation, but not in TIMES. Does it still exist in TIMES, and if yes, what is its exact signification? If no, what does VEDA do with such a parameter?

No, ELF does not exist in TIMES, and I believe VEDA-FE just ignores the ELF parameter.

In TIMES, there are the parameters COM_ PKFLX and FLO_PKCOI, which I think cover the same functionality. See the TIMES  documentation, Part II, pages 234–236 for details.

Thanks for your answer. My guess was indeed that VEDA ignored the parameter but I had a doubt since I think it also handles (or handled) MarkAl models... So thank you for confirming the hypothesis.
