Solved Issue - Tranforming VEDA to TIMES

Problem: While synchronizing, a problem occured in the phase 'Transforming VEDA to TIMES'. VEDA couldn't find a certain executable file. Solution: Setting a Text Editor: Although the location to text Editor was well defined, a link to another Text Editor had to be included (eg Notepad ++). This link can be changed on the bttom right of the General Tab Under User Options.
