Importing results problem solved

Hello everyone,

I am a new VEDA user. I have recently had some problems with importing results to VEDA-BE. The results string was visible, but when I was trying to do the import procedure the system told me that there is an error: End of String symbols in the file are similar to the digit division symbol - can't make an import. The similar problem was discussed in that topic:

I have successfully solved the problem by converting all the data and number formats from my native format (Russian) to English (DD/MM/YYYY and etc.) in the Language and Regional MS Windows settings.
