Good evening team, 
Am having challenges to open VEDA-FE. A had anew installation of MS office 2016 Professional to overwrite the old version of 2013. However after the new installation VEDA-FE refused to open and I requested for a new TIMES Source code which I installed. However VEDA-FE is giving errors that I have screen shot

Hi Ismail Kimuli,

Some users who upgrade the MS-Office version also face similar problems, because of older installation path is still exists in the registry.
In some cases, restart helps to clean up the pending registry and in others, we need to edit the path in the registry.

Did you restart the same machine after the upgrade? and for more clarity please post the error log from the "VEDA_FE\Logs" folder.

Dear Ismail,

Please let me know when will we do a web meeting. I have to update your machine registry path for Excel application, that was not able to update during upgrading the MS Office.
