attrib_cond and val_cond

Dear all,

Does anyone know where I could find some info about the default parameters for attrib_cond and val_cond filters in the TFM tables?

In my case I've got a model where there is an INS table in BY_Trans file looking like this:

~TFM_INS
TimeSlice	LimType	Attribute	Year	Attrib_Cond	Val_Cond	AllRegions	PSet_PN
	UP	CAP_BND	0	Stock		2	*

This table is used to prohibit investment in technologies with a RESID capacity, but there is no Val_Cond value provided, so I would like to know the default one. If anyone can help here?

There is no default value for Val_Cond. When empty, simply the existence of the attribute (in any year and timeslice) is checked. It would pass even if the value is 0.

One other observation:
I had first created this facility to put a small COST on all IMP* processes that did not have any specified. This can be done by declaring: Attrib_Cond="-COST"; Val_Cond=<empty> or ">0"; PSET_PN="IMP*" and PSET_Set="IRE". The last one is not compulsory but a good practice.
