errors on the control of CO2 emission

I am running DemoS_007


I made 2 scenarios to estimate MAC(marginal abatement cost) to reduce CO2 emission
The first scenario is combination of base(base+New Techs+Trade+SysSet+Peak RSV+Refinery+DemProj) + reduction of CO emissions(UC_CO2BND_20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 90%)
The second scenario is combination of first scenario + UC Growth + Elastic Demand + CO2 reduction(ELC_CO2BND_20%, TRA_CO2BND_20%)

However, I cannot get a result of UC_CO2BND_60% and UC_CO2BND_90% of the first scenario(I can get the result of  UC_CO2BND_20%, 40%, 80%
Let me give some ideas to solve the problem
