Needs help in the share boundaries of oil

I would like to ask for your help. 
We have used the share upper and lower bound in the below screenshot but the results say that there would be a drastic increase of oil for heavy fuel C in 2045.
I'm wondering how we can solve this.

A wild guess:  maybe you have forgotten to specify interpolation/extrapolation options for those FLO_SHAR parameters (default IE options are usually specified in SysSettings).
