It might be helpful if one could see the UC data in that Browse picture, but I am not able to see it there. Another way to see it would be the *.DD file for the scenario (is it Scen_UCTRNLDV20_zero?). I.e., maybe you could post the file UCTRNLDV20_zero.dd, which is written in the work folder?

Well, looking at the DD file, I am not able to see any issue in the constraints as such. They appear to be written out as you have formulated them. And in your formulation for them, there is nothing I can immediately point out as being incorrect, but of course, I don't know your model, and thus don't even know what is the purpose of these UC_S_TL* constraints (however, as noted before, you seem to be defining them mostly for historical years, which may be prone to infeasibilities, and by 2030 the constraints will have no effect (the market share is then only bounded to be ≥ 0).

You also posted the file UC issues.xlsx, saying that "The issues are with User_conFXM and  IMPNRGZ".  However, that file only contained one table, where only the Attribute, Region, and Period dimensions were shown for Attribute = {User_con, User_conFXM}.  Consequently, I am not able to see what that table was demonstrating: there was no information about for which constraint the User_conFXM values were being shown. And neither was there information about any IMPNRGZ flows for the UC_S_TL* constraints. Sorry about not being able to be of much help.
