New errors using Start from Scratch

I am getting three new errors when I try to start from scratch.  This is happening on multiple models including ones that were previously running fine where no changes have been made.  All of the errors repeat over and over.  Can you point me to a solution?  The errors are:

VEDA-FE
-2147417851
VEDA-FE: Method '~' of object '~' failed

and

Microsoft Excel
1004
VEDA-FE: Unable to get the Special Cells property of the Range class

and

Importing data
