Unable to start VEDA-FE after update

Hello,

Today I updated my VEDA-FE and started encountering a number of issues.

Right now I am unable to start VEDA-FE. I keep receiving error "ADODB.Connection 3706 VEDA-FE: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed."

How can I get past this error?

I do have admin permission.
I did try to run the programme as admin.
I have already disabled the antivirus (F secure) because it keeps detecting a Trojan in the CheckComments.exe and quarantining it. (would like to know how to keep this while still running the antivirus)
I have already resolved all the errors related to .OCX files and msstdfmt.dll .

Try again after installing this.

If this do not resolve the issue, then please create a sample model for me which has same issue on your machine.
