CASE MANAGER: Simulation window does not open

Hi All,

A problem: When I want to run a simulation by clicking on Case Manager (under basic functions), the Case Manager window refuses to open. 
Therefore, there is nowhere to click "SOLVE" and obtain the black window, and then results.
Please could you help with a solution?

if you are getting any error message then share the error log file from "VEDA\VEDA FE\Logs" folder.
