An error about SysSettings

Hello everyone,

When I open the VEDA-FE, there always popup window needed to choose YES /NO /CANCEL. the popup window in English is "Found a file named 'SysSettings' at the current position. You do want to replace the file?" Should I choose YES do? How can I avoid it?
