CombalM in ExRES

ExRES function shows FIn and FOut by default. How to add CombalM for commodities when displaying tables via ExRES

If you want to show all the attributes click on the command line (on the top) the icon Display All (see the attached file). If you want to include CombalM as default with FIn and FOut this is a question for Amit.

The deault remains at FIn and FOut, but this is from minor importance.
