I have recently read about new version of TIAM model with 16 regions:

I am wondering if there is a possibility to download a new model.

I am especially interested because the new region is Russia.

This model is not available under the ETSAP arrangement. You need a bilateral agreement with the developers (KanLo-KanORS) to participate in developing and using this model.
