Peak Equation

Hi people,

After creating my model, I think it's not working properly. The problem now is related to peak equation. I have introduced both reserv and peak attributes, but I think the equation is not being taken into account.

I supposed this because even if I use peak=0 for wind technology, this technology is the most used.
